Summary
After being granted Full control of the 5th Dimension as President, Mister Mxyzptlk Is Challenged By an Ompotent Being Named A to a Game of Checkers, and Since he tries to Blow him to pieces using his Reality Warping Powers; Mxy is disquallified. He Is then Forced to pick a Champion to Play against the Mighty A in his place... And Since Superman doubts Mxys plea and doesnt help him, He inadvertanty choses Bizarro... And Since he realizes Hes as dumb as a post, Mxypztlk trains him to become a Super-hero with the Help of Comic Books.
