Please note: Although the covers for the first, second and third issues are both numbered 41, 42 and 43 respectively. With the remaining issues within the series numbered as 4-12. For our purposes here, issues 41, 42 and 43 are numbered 1, 2 and 3 to keep the series sequence correct.
