The strange being known as The Eye appeared as flaming eyeball in the sky. It had the power to generate deadly rays of heat, expand and shrink, fly and hover, project a searchlight beam, and appear just about anywhere. It often teamed up with Jack Barrister to fight crime. Space and time meant nothing to the Eye, and could use this fact to help bring justice to the entire world.
