Summary
The second title in the DC Focus line looks at the life of Tom Morell, a sickly kid who possesses power beyond his imagination! A disabled kid with an overprotective mother has one escape: the comic-book exploits of his favorite character, Kinetic. But unbeknownst to him, Tom's got powers of his own...but will they manifest before Tom decides life isn't worth living?
