Summary

Hes nine friggin feet of sinew, muscle, and auto parts, with an insatiable appetite for motor oil and action. He may look single-minded, but hes got two things on his mind: gettin his next paycheck and makin the next fill-up. Some call him god. Others call him scrotum. All depends on whether hes backing you up or facing you down. Hes Oktane, and hes already reduced Detroit to rubble -- but can even he protect the Motor Citys former mayor from the Mafia, the CIA, and militant white supremacists?!
