Summary

In 1980, young Terry Kamincyzyk takes his first trip into the wild and exotic New York City. His life is forever altered when a mugger kills his parents. Inspired by the "Wish Power" book written by G.G. Liddy, the unhinged Terry takes on the persona of Cat-Man, dedicated to eradicating the rats and punks of New York. Meanwhile, G.G. Liddy is finally freed from prison to report to the new President. Plus a bonus chapter of DPP7, the comic of an outcast whose touch burns all before him.
