Summary

In the 16th century, Europe fell victim to an epidemic that transformed humans into zombies. 500 years later, across the ocean, the Aztec people, untouched by the threats of colonization, continued to thrive. Their only connection to Europe was a group of strange men who arrived by boat shortly after the epidemic. Their surprising survival intrigued the Aztec emperor, who decided to send an expedition to unravel the mystery.
